Registration
Applicant: Please complete the application form thoroughly, including a recent passport-size photograph of yourself and the student disclosure form, and return it to Zion Ministerial Institute, Singapore with the non-refundable application fee of S$10.
To be evaluated the applicant must have the following on file: completed application with corresponding fee, Official Transcripts of secondary school or equivalent and completed clergy recommendation form. All information provided is kept confidential.
